Live and Work
The histogram presented below shows the distribution of perspectives on the critical issue of work/life balance. This was one of the issues identified in the Vision Edina Think Tank workshop as being important to the future of Edina. A large number of survey respondents expressed some desire to develop new options to work closer to home. This is especially important to young professionals who desire more co-working and collaboration spaces.

- Respondents expressed some willingness to consider the incorporation of startup and co-working spaces in new commercial developments.
- This response aligns closely with the commercial development preferences as respondents believe that many opportunities exist for the development of locally-owned firms.
